Information about Workers:
- A person is considered to be working if both MonthlyWeeksWorked 0 and
LastHoursPerWeekare non-zero.
- A worker's hours-worked-per-month is calculated as
MonthlyWeeksWorked multiplied by LastHoursPerWeek).
- Workers are considered to
be full-time workers in any month where they worked
the equivalent of at least 30 hrs per week. The actual calculation checks
if hours-per-month is over 129.999 (30 hrs-per-week * 4.3333 weeks-per-month =
129.999 hours-per-month).[pgm]
